By accessing or using Roomcraft Atelier’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
4. Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants a personal, non-transferable license to access course content. Sharing content or credentials beyond fair use is prohibited.
5. Payments & Refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location. Refunds follow the policy described on the FAQ and during checkout.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Roomcraft Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
7. Code of Conduct
Treat staff and learners with respect. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or harassing content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Roomcraft Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date.
